Marketing

Marketing is a large and complex landscape. And we’ve managed to traverse most of it over the years. We’ve planned and executed countless promotional campaigns including product launches, store openings, special sales events, customer loyalty programs and sponsorship management. We’ve also developed marketing and communications collateral to support this activity from corporate profiles to case studies and other business templates to complex technical documents and annual reports. Coupled with our comprehensive experience and in-house design capabilities, we partner with a select group of extremely reliable specialists such as printers, media buyers and market researchers when required to ensure you have the right tools to showcase your business.

Creative development and design – company profiles, sales brochures, case studies, annual reports, catalogues, point- of-sale, supplier promotions … you get the idea!

Digital – we understand the nuances of the internet, the challenges of creating and maintaining a social media presence and the rigour involved in email and mobile marketing campaigns. Most importantly – once the right foundation has been laid – we write relevant, engaging and SEO friendly content. We’ve had broad experience with a number of digital marketing, design and campaign management platforms (both free and subscription) so we know which path to take whenever we come to a fork in the trail.

Advertising – we’ve managed single, one-off advertisements in boutique industry publications through to integrated national campaigns with TV, radio and press activity in 40 different media markets. We’ll work with you to identify the best method and the best message. We’ve also managed online campaigns and have solid experience with Google PPC and Adwords, Facebook Advertising and LinkedIn Advertising.

Promotions – consumer, B2B, loyalty, trade-based … we’ve planned and managed them all.

Local Area Marketing – It’s a generally accepted rule of marketing that attracting a new customer costs five times more than keeping an existing one. There are some very simple tactics to ensure you can generate repeat business from your existing client base and a number of affordable ways to communicate with those people who live or work in your ‘catchment’ who may have never considered buying from you.
