Social Media Strategy – if your business is considering social media as an avenue for client engagement (or maybe you’ve had some success but things have gone quiet) we can assist.  We don’t push social media if it’s not going to give you are ROI or otherwise help your business evolve. It’s not for everyone but we have seen it work very well for some of our clients. We can help you navigate this ever-changing landscape and ensure you make the right move.

Social Media Management – we serve as the ‘admin’ for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for a number of clients (as well as update the News/Blog pages on their website). We know our clients and their target markets well enough to know the difference between news and drivel … and we won’t stand for drivel. We are proactive and clever when it comes to posting content and discreet, alert and measured when it comes to dealing with customer comments and questions.

Content Generation – writing is really what we do best. We write engaging content for a very broad range of audiences ranging from complex, technical copy for reports and manuals through to quirky Christmas cards and everything in between. We’ve coordinated large annual reports, written keynote speeches, created LinkedIn profiles and crafted enough case studies and customer testimonials to sink a ship … well maybe a small runabout but you get the idea!

Media Relations – our principal Sherpa, Steve Craig, ‘cut his teeth’ on PR in the 90s working for a number of successful, specialised PR agencies before transitioning into marketing services. We appreciate the value of positive media coverage and we are always looking at angles for out clients to get in the news. We have excellent relationships with journalists in the Hunter and further afield and also have accounts with media release distribution and media clipping businesses to ensure everything is filly tracked and documented. We’ve also written media briefing notes, coordinated media training for key executives and arranged numerous press conferences.

Events – we’ve planned and managed everything from trivia nights to multi-day, multi venue media tours and everything in between. If you have product launch, major business milestone celebration, trade show tour or just want to take some clients to the footy we can help ensure it’s a memorable experience for all.

Award Submissions – everyone loves a winner and we are very adept at winning awards for our clients. We’ve helped generate nominations and win awards for businesses in tourism & hospitality, retail, advertising, professional services, education and construction. We know how to write effective copy that appeal to a judging panel. We also know how to ‘package’ the information to ensure it portrays the very best image of your business. We also take care of all of the logistics and the entry process. All you have to do is turn up to the ceremony and accept the award!
